Spencer House : 1974

The Spencers were good friends with the Morriseys and Marshalls, both friends of the Sparks family who had homes designed by Sparks. When the Spencers first visited the Marshall House, perched up on a sprawling hillside in Rocklin, they knew they had to have Sparks design them a home.
This home was originally designed for a smaller lot in South Land Park, but reoriented for this larger suburban lot in the oaks. Mrs. Spencer suggested the unique, columnar fireplace made of rock.
