While it does exhibit a lot of Sparks DNA, some of the details don't seem right.
Asked the listing agent if she knew anything, but she didn't - current listing is by 2nd owner.
Don't think I've ever seen a Sparks with the lights on the chain like that, or in the corner of the house -- missing an opportunity for a corner butted window. The railing on the edge of the stairs looks close, but the spacing is too far apart. I wonder if it has something to do with the budget, or the building codes of the time? I'm probably about 80% sure it's a Sparks, but it could be a Lewis and Bristow or someone else.
