Neighborhood of homes developed by Carter Sparks per "Ron" who attended the estate sale of an original owner who told him as much.
They look like the work of Bristol and Lewis to me. Mark Askew had a partnership with B&L, and later was their chief landscape architect and outdoor "decorator"
